2. Q: Do you offer customized design services? 

A: We provide OEM/ODM customization services! We have professional designers who can adjust dimensions, colors, functions, and packaging according to customer requirements. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is flexible and negotiable based on the product type. 

3. Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? 

 A: The MOQ for standard products is 200–1,000 pieces. Customized products require assessment based on specific requirements. New customers may negotiate small-batch trial orders to help mitigate procurement risks.

4. Q: How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

A: Stock orders are typically shipped within 7-15 days; custom orders have a production cycle of approximately 30-60 days, with specific details subject to contractual agreement. We will keep you updated on production progress to ensure timely delivery.

5. Q: Is the quotation FOB, CIF, or EXW?

A: We support multiple trade terms. The default quotation is FOB Ningbo Port, and we can negotiate CIF, EXW, or other terms as needed. The quotation includes a 13% VAT invoice. 

6. Q: What payment methods are available? 

A: We accept T/T (wire transfer), letter of credit (L/C), and other methods. For standard orders, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% paid in full before shipment. 

7. Q: How are goods transported? How are freight costs calculated? 

A: We can arrange full container load (FCL) or less than container load (LCL) sea freight, as well as air freight and DDP/DAP door-to-door services. Freight costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the goods. We will assist you in selecting the most optimal logistics solution.
