A: Stock orders are typically shipped within 7-15 days; custom orders have a production cycle of approximately 30-60 days, with specific details subject to contractual agreement. We will keep you updated on production progress to ensure timely delivery.

A: We support multiple trade terms. The default quotation is FOB Ningbo Port, and we can negotiate CIF, EXW, or other terms as needed. The quotation includes a 13% VAT invoice.

A: We accept T/T (wire transfer), letter of credit (L/C), and other methods. For standard orders, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% paid in full before shipment.

A: We can arrange full container load (FCL) or less than container load (LCL) sea freight, as well as air freight and DDP/DAP door-to-door services.
